This lot, called Euforia, is grown at El Paraíso farm in Tunía, Piendamó, Cauca, at 1,920 metres under native tree shade.
Hand-picked ripe cherries go through a double anaerobic fermentation with pulp and a thermal shock. The coffee is then decaffeinated with sugarcane ethyl acetate.
